- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95 shipping fee)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (for orders over $50)
We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our conservatory furniture, gazebos, and garden ornaments. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Product details (name, SKU, quantity)
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Approved return/exchange details
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
- Repackage item securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Mark RMA number clearly on the package

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We provide prepaid return label
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
