Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Breathable Weather Covers (custom-fitted items)
  • Custom-configured Conservatory Furniture sets
  • Made-to-order Eclipse Range and Galaxy Range products
  • LED Solar Lights (unless factory-sealed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Approved return/exchange details

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Item is securely packaged in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective/wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • For change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
