Please Note: This product uses reclaimed teak which naturally includes inconsistencies in the grain a skilled craft technique called ‘patching’. This is a characteristic of all reclaimed furniture and simply adds to the bespoke, eye-catching nature of the design.

Repro Teak Bench …

Hand-made from genuine reclaimed teak wood.

The Repro Teak Bench has style and elegance with the very upright gait and hints of ornate detail.

The solid uprights at the back are the backbone of the design with the more ornate front legs offering that bit of decoration to set it apart from the crowd.

Attached to these are the curved, hand-carved arm rests that, along with the solid seating area, offer a slightly rustic appeal as well.

The detail in the back section is hand-carved by expert crafts-people in a lovely, simple pattern.

We can only wonder where all the individual pieces originally came from but then that really is the beauty of reclaimed teak furniture – the sense of mysticism that surrounds it.

It almost goes without saying that the teak wood will age gracefully and is quite simply the best wood for outdoor use over long periods of time due to the dense, oily qualities of the wood that make it superbly workable and perfect for use in outdoor furniture.
