Our Carnglaze products do need to be covered in the winter due to the risk of harsh weather conditions causing damage. 

Finished to look like real slate the terracotta tiles here are kiln fired for 30-40 days and then hand cut and mould shaped to fit the template exactly.

They are then sunk into the powder coated and galvanised tubular steel frame with encaustic cement and finished with a Weather Glaze.

The whole unit is very lightweight and will remain rust free with exposure to the elements all year round.

It is also really easy to maintain as the smooth finish from the coating and the glaze mean it simply needs a quick wipe down every now and again.

All feet are capped with toughened plastic caps for all round protection.
